Shipping Policy

How long before my order is processed and shipped out?
A: For Domestic orders, we typically process and ship out your order the same day if made before 5 pm EST. Natural disasters and severe storms which limit our shipping carrier to operate or pick up from our warehouse may cause delays.

How long will it be before I receive my order?
A: Depending on which carrier is used the order could take anywhere from 3-5 days to arrive.

What is the status of my order?
A: After each order is placed and processed, a confirmation and tracking number will be sent to your e-mail. You may use the tracking number to track the package in transit.

What if I'm missing items or received the wrong merchandise?
A: For any merchandise that is wrong or missing in the order due to our mistake, contact us within five (5) business days from the time you received the order. An Aios Beauty employee will investigate the issue and respond within 1-3 business days from the day the issue is reported to us. If the customer reports the issue after the 5 business days, Aios Beauty will assume the customer has received the entire order as indicated on the invoice and will not be liable for any missing product(s) or wrong item(s) shipped.

Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?
A: Currently we do not do international sales/shipping. We may in the future.

Do you ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
A: Currently we do not do PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses. We may in the future.

Are there any shipping restrictions that I should know about?
A: As regulated by the Department of Transportation, some beauty items may be considered hazardous materials due to their alcohol content and cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO, FPO), or US territories (i.e. Guam, Puerto Rico), or internationally. Our policy is to notify customers of these items and then promptly issue refunds.

When do Same Day Shipping items get shipped out from your warehouse?
A: Orders placed before 5 pm Eastern Time (Monday - Friday) will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 5 pm EST will be shipped out the next business day. Natural disasters and severe storms which limits our shipping carriers to operate or pick up from our warehouse may cause delays.

Orders may be delayed under the following circumstances:
1) Billing and shipping addresses don't match and/or if the order needs additional verification.
2) Service failure due to our shipping carriers, weather, power outage, or other extreme event that prevents us from operating.

What are my available shipping options available?
A: You have a choice of $5.00 Flat Rate within the U.S Continental 48 States, UPS Ground Service or USPS for domestic orders. It is recommended that you contact us if your order is time sensitive. Overnight Delivery is not available in all locations, including remote areas such as Hawaii and Alaska.

Indirect Signature required for all Domestic orders valued over $150?
An indirect signature will automatically be applied to order values over $150 US dollars. The purpose of the signature is to prevent any lost or stolen packages. Buyers may request to remove or waive the signature by calling Customer Service at 567-712-4717 or by e-mail at  Due to orders being processed immediately, we recommend buyers to contact us immediately after successfully placing their order.

*Note: A buyers request to remove or waive the signature poses a risk for a package to go lost or be stolen, thus, all liabilities in a case of a lost or stolen package will be at the buyers responsibility and not of

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
A: When a customer enters an incorrect address our shipping carriers (usually UPS) will charge us an $15.00 fee to locate the correct address so the package can be delivered. We will pass this charge on to the customer. This occurs very rarely and we will always attempt to contact the customer first before we ship the package if the address looks questionable.

We cannot be held responsible if you enter an incorrect shipping address such that the package is shipped to another person/address and cannot be recovered. We will have to charge you the full order price again if you want the order to ship to the correct address. We cannot issue refunds for address mistakes that are out of our control.

What if my package is returned back as undeliverable?
A: If we send a package through our shipping carrier (usually USPS/UPS), and they are unable to deliver the package to you after multiple attempts, then UPS will charge us a fee (usually the cost of a typical ground shipment charge, from $5-15) to return the package to us. We will have to in turn charge that fee to the customer.

We encourage customers to always double-check their shipping address and be aware of any tracking information we send via email. All customers will be sent an email with a tracking number shortly after their product leaves our warehouse.

What if I refused my package?
A: If we send a package and arrives at your door and is refused. This instance will be treated as a "product return" and your money will be refunded for the purchase price of the order minus the original incoming and outgoing shipping charges incurred to ship your package. If you received free shipping, we will deduct the appropriate shipping charges incurred to ship your package and refund the difference.

Example:Your order total is $40 and you selected our free shipping or flat rate option. The original cost of the flat rate shipping is $5.00. If you refused your package, we will issue a refund $35.00 ($40 - $5.00). Applies all other shipping methods as well.
