Return Policy

If you would like to return or exhange an item that you purchased at, we will gladly accept returns within 7 days from the time in which your order was shipped. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. You may choose any carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.), but we do require a method that provides a tracking number. UPS and FedEx give tracking numbers by default. If you choose to return using USPS, please select 'USPS Tracking' or 'Signature Confirmation'.  A restocking fee may be charged or a return request denied for the following reasons:

  1. Incomplete packaging including label
  2. Product has been altered in any way
  3. Product has been cut (i.e. hair or lace)
  4. Hair has been brushed out or is kinked up

  1. All clearance sales are final
  2. Any used products such as cosmetics, chemicals, etc can not be returned
  3. Any used merchandise can not be returned
  4. Merchandise must be unused and in the original condition received. (i.e Tags, packaging,)
